Global Mentorship Program Doubles its Resources in 30 Countries

February 2016 – A newly revamped Global Mentorship Program for professional Spa Managers commenced in the New Year fueled by the momentum created by its year-long pilot program that took place in 2015.   The program features mentorship opportunities of six months in duration, and pairs highly experienced Spa Directors from around the world with Spa Managers in the Spring of their careers for the purpose of guiding and inspiring junior managers’ professional career growth.

The Global Mentorship Program recently released Mentorship Reflections: Guiding and Inspiring Spa Leadership for a Well World, a 96-page handbook packed with best practices and insights, which was compiled as a result of the 2015 pilot program.

Spa managers across the globe identify time management, delegation and a more structured approach to working as key areas in which they need help. Managers also need support when it comes to keeping their teams engaged in order to minimise staff turnover, developing more comprehensive wellness programmes, and establishing methods to grow retail revenue.
